I started using USANA supplements back in 2020, during one of the most physically and mentally demanding periods of my life—commando training. Since then, it’s been a staple in my health routine for over five years, and it’s safe to say, I’ve seen and felt the difference.

Mainly the USANA Essentials/CellSentials, BiOmega, and sometimes Proflavanol C100 when I feel like I need extra immune support. I also tried their meal replacements and bars on and off, especially when I was on the go.
