I also felt heavier during days that I don’t take this (while waiting for my order) and noticed that my skin is clearer when I take this 2-3 times a day versus 0-1. Not sure if this is the reason but there are studies that says this increases metallic and glutathione. Regardless, I’ll continue to take this for the foreseeable future just for the benefits to my liver.
